This is not your grandma's tennis!
Crush Tennis specializes in teaching a modern game. Most coaches teach an old fashioned style of play that is no longer prevalent in today's high paced game.
The last player to use a continental grip on their forehand (Steffi Graf) and the last player to land on their back foot on a serve (Boris Becker) both retired 18 years ago.
We teach a western or semi-western grip on the forehand and have players use a modern, racket tipped foreward backswing. I also have players use an open or semi-open stance which most great players use most of the time.
